Licence Agreement
Effective date: 7 September 2026
This agreement is between you and ALTHRONIX TRADING L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company – Single Owner registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence number 1569308, with its registered office at Office 37, Al Khabeesi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. That company operates the Rexora brand and sells the Rexora software. In this agreement “Rexora”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ALTHRONIX TRADING L.L.C unless the context requires otherwise; Rexora itself is a brand and product name, not a separately incorporated company. This agreement governs the licence you buy for that software. Our Terms & Conditions cover the wider relationship — your account, prices, payment and disputes — and where the two documents overlap they are meant to say the same thing. If they ever do not, tell us: that is a drafting fault on our side, not a choice we are asking you to interpret.
Two things this agreement never asks you to accept: that the software will make money, or that it will work with every broker. Neither is true, and neither is promised anywhere in it.
1. What you are licensed to do
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to run one Rexora product on one MetaTrader 5 trading account that you own and control, for the period you have paid for.
You are buying permission to run the software. You are not buying the software itself, and nothing here transfers ownership of it, of this website, or of anything in them.
A licence key activates only the product it was issued for. A Rexora Gold key does not run Rexora BTC.
2. One licence, one trading account
Your licence binds to the first MetaTrader 5 trading account it validates from. That account then holds the licence.
You may move a licence to a different trading account three times in its lifetime. Your licence page in the customer portal shows how many moves you have left. When the moves are used up, the licence stays on the account it is on.
A move exists for real situations — changing broker, replacing a blown account, switching from one of your accounts to another. It is not a way to run one licence on several accounts, and it is not unlimited.
3. The Bundle issues two separate licences
Buying the Rexora Bundle issues two licence keys — one for Rexora Gold, one for Rexora BTC. They are separate licences. Each binds to one trading account and each carries its own moves. The two may sit on the same trading account or on different ones, as you choose.
Licences issued from a Bundle purchase renew together, at the Bundle price.
4. Term, renewal and expiry
A licence runs for the period you paid for — monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout.
Renewing extends the licence you already have: same key, same account binding.
- Renew before expiry and the new period is added on top of the time you have left. Renewing early never costs you the days you already paid for.
- Renew after expiry and the new period runs from the day you renew.
When a licence expires, the software stops opening new trades. A first-entry pending order that has not yet become an open position may be withdrawn. Positions that are already open continue to be managed and closed under the software’s normal management logic — expiry does not abandon an open position and does not force one closed. Normal operation resumes when you renew.
Nothing renews automatically. No card is stored and no payment is ever taken without you starting it.
5. If our licensing service is unreachable
The software carries a signed licence token so that a problem on our side does not stop you trading. If it cannot reach our licensing service, it keeps running for up to seven days on the token it already holds, and resumes normal checks as soon as contact is restored.
This is deliberate reliability, not an entitlement to run offline indefinitely. After that window the software stops opening new trades in the same way an expired licence does.
6. Downloads and updates
The software and its preset files are available in your customer portal to accounts holding a currently active licence for that product, and to nobody else. Download access follows the licence: when the licence lapses, so does the access, while the files you have already downloaded remain yours to keep.
We may publish updates. We do not promise a particular update schedule, a particular feature, or that any future version will behave as the current one does.
7. What you may not do
You may not:
- sell, rent, lend, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise transfer your licence key;
- use one key across more than one trading account at a time, or across more than one person;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or modify or create derivative works from it — except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with the licensing system, or attempt to obtain a licence or an entitlement you have not paid for;
- present yourself as Rexora, or represent that we endorse your results.
8. Things outside our control
Rexora runs inside MetaTrader 5, on a platform and a broker account that you choose and control. That means:
- We do not guarantee compatibility with every broker, account type, execution environment or broker-specific condition. Execution model, spreads, commissions, swaps, symbol names, minimum volumes, stop levels, freeze levels and server behaviour all differ between brokers, and some combinations will not suit the product. Operating requirements are published; a setup outside them is outside what the product was built and tested for. This is a statement of fact about a product that runs on infrastructure we do not control — not a warning that it usually fails. Testing on a demo account with your own broker is the reliable way to find out.
- The software trades only while your platform is running and connected. You are responsible for the environment it runs in — your computer or VPS, your connection, your power.
- MetaTrader 5 is MetaQuotes’ product, and your broker is your counterparty. We are neither, and we are not responsible for what either does.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website, the licensing service or the software.
9. Trading risk stays yours
Rexora places and manages trades on your account. We do not hold your money, do not have access to your funds, do not trade on your behalf, and do not give investment, financial or tax advice.
Trading on leverage carries a high risk of loss, and automation does not reduce it. The Risk Disclosure forms part of what you accept when you buy, and it is worth reading twice. A trading loss is not a fault in the product.
10. Suspension and revocation
We may suspend or revoke a licence, or close an account, for a serious or persistent breach of this agreement or the Terms — including key sharing, circumventing the licensing system, payment fraud, or abuse of any referral or partner programme we operate. Where a breach can be put right, we will say what needs to change before we act.
Revoking a licence for breach does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining period. Ending the licence does not end the obligations in section 7.
11. Refunds
When a purchase becomes final, and the narrow circumstances in which money is returned, are set out in the No-Refund and Cancellation Policy. That document governs refunds; this one does not restate it, so the two cannot drift apart.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or connected with this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your broker, your hosting, your connection, or your configuration.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in it removes rights the law does not let us exclude.
13. Language
This agreement is written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls in the event of any inconsistency. This does not affect any protection you have under the mandatory law of the place you live.
14. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with it.
This does not take away rights you have where you live. If the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be excluded by agreement — including, in some countries, a right to bring proceedings in your local courts — you keep them. Nothing in this section is intended to remove or limit them.
