Who we are

This policy explains what personal data is collected through rexora.io and the Rexora software licensing service, why, and what rights you have. The controller is ALTHRONIX TRADING L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company – Single Owner registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence number 1569308, with its registered office at Office 37, Al Khabeesi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. That company operates the Rexora brand; in this policy "Rexora", "we", "us" and "our" mean ALTHRONIX TRADING L.L.C. Contact for anything in this policy: support@rexora.io.

Effective date: 7 September 2026.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), your preferred language, and — if you enter one — a referral code.

Order and payment data: what you bought, the amount, the payment method, the cryptocurrency transaction identifiers and addresses involved in paying, and the record of the acknowledgements you confirmed at checkout — including the time, your IP address, your browser identification, and a fingerprint of the exact text you agreed to. That consent record exists to evidence the agreement you made.

Licence data: your licence keys, the trading account number each licence is bound to, and validation check-ins from the software — when it last validated and from which IP address. This is how licences work and how support can answer "is it running".

Downloads: which files your account downloaded, when, and from which IP address.

Referral programme data, if you take part: your referral statistics, commission ledger, and — when you request a payout — the USDT wallet address you provide.

Support correspondence: what you send us, so we can answer it.

What we deliberately do not collect

We take no card or bank details — payment is in cryptocurrency and no traditional payment credentials ever pass through us. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: the session cookies WordPress needs to sign you in; a preference cookie for your light/dark theme; a hint cookie that lets the page header show your signed-in state; and, when you arrive through a partner's referral link, an attribution cookie that remembers that partner for a limited window (currently around 30 days) so they are credited if you buy.

Marketing pages embed live performance widgets from ShowMyTrades; like any third-party embed, their content is delivered by their servers under their own policies.

Why we process this data

To perform the contract with you: run your account, take payment, issue and validate licences, deliver downloads, pay referral commission, and answer support.

For our legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping honest records of what happened — the audit trails behind orders, licences, consents, downloads and payouts exist for this reason.

To meet legal obligations: keeping commercial and tax records.

The blockchain is public

Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on public blockchains. Transactions you make to us, and payouts we make to you, are permanently visible on-chain to anyone, tied to the addresses involved. That record is a property of how blockchains work; we cannot edit or erase it, and this policy cannot apply to it.

Who processes data for us

Our website runs on managed hosting (A2 Hosting). Transactional email is delivered through Zoho ZeptoMail using their European endpoints. Payment detection uses blockchain infrastructure providers (currently TronGrid for TRON and Etherscan for Ethereum) to observe the public chain, and a small monitoring service hosted on Railway watches that the payment system itself is healthy.

We do not currently use a wallet-address screening provider, and no address has been sent to one. If we start using one, this policy will name it here before the first address is sent.

These providers process data to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

Records of orders, payments, consents, licences and payouts are commercial and legal records: they are kept for as long as the law requires and as long as disputes about them could arise. Account data is kept while your account exists.

If you close your account, we delete or anonymise what we are not required to keep; the transactional and audit records described above survive, because they record what happened rather than what is currently true.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form. Write to support@rexora.io and we will act on any request the law gives you; if you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

International transfers

The providers above operate in more than one country, so data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where transfer rules apply to you, we rely on our providers' recognised safeguards for such transfers.

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes. Secrets and signing keys are kept out of the database and out of backups. Access to customer data is limited to what running the service requires, and the site is hardened against the common ways WordPress installations get broken into. No system is beyond compromise, which is one more reason we collect little.

Children

This site sells leveraged-trading software and is not directed at anyone under 18. Do not use it if you are.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. A change never reaches backwards to justify something the old policy did not allow.
